RFP Cafe collects and organizes tender information from external sources to help users find opportunities. The service is not the issuing authority and is not a party to any procurement process.

The operator is not the body that published any procurement process, does not act on its behalf, and is not affiliated with the State of Israel, any local authority, or any other public body, unless expressly stated otherwise. Displaying a procurement process or linking to it does not constitute approval, recommendation, or any representation regarding its quality or value.

The official publication on the issuing body's website, including its terms, deadlines, and updates, is the only controlling and binding source. If there is any conflict between it and information in the service, the official source controls. Before any decision, payment, guarantee deposit, or submission, you must review the official publication in full.

We do not guarantee that the service includes every published procurement process, or that the information is complete, accurate, current, or free of errors, including missing processes, broken links, classification mistakes, or changed deadlines. The displayed number of tenders must not be relied on as a representation of complete coverage.

Alerts, match scores, summaries, and analyses generated automatically or by artificial intelligence are assistance tools only, may contain errors, and do not remove the need to independently monitor official sources and read the procurement documents in full.

You may use the service to find, filter, evaluate, and initially manage business opportunities, including saving searches, receiving alerts, reading summaries, and navigating to official sources, all in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

The service is intended for reasonable business use by human users. You may not use the service in a way that overloads our systems, harms availability for others, infringes third-party rights, or changes the presentation of information in a way that may mislead other users.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFP Cafe is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information, a missed deadline, an external link, or service unavailability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
