What is RFP Cafe

RFP Cafe is a tender search engine for Israel. Every day we crawl government ministry sites, municipalities, utilities, and private aggregators, and bring every opportunity into a single search interface — no login, no fee.

Each tender gets its own page with the submission deadline, the publishing body, the documents that were released, and a link to the original notice, so you can verify every detail against the official publication before you bid.

How it works

  1. 1Daily crawlEvery source is crawled automatically each day, and new or changed tenders are added with a timestamp.
  2. 2Search and filterSearch by keyword, category, publishing body type, or source. Tenders whose deadline has passed are hidden automatically.
  3. 3Email alertsSave a search and turn on the daily alert — we only email you new tenders that match it.

Frequently asked questions

Is RFP Cafe free to use?

Yes. Search, tender pages, and email alerts are free. An account is only needed to save searches and receive alerts.

Which tenders appear on the site?

Government tenders, municipal tenders, utility tenders, and private aggregators in Israel. We show open tenders whose deadline has not passed, plus tenders with no published deadline yet.

How often is the data updated?

All sources are crawled automatically once a day. The time of the last crawl is shown at the top of the page.

How do I get alerts about new tenders?

Run a search, click "Save this search", and turn on the daily email alert. You will only be emailed when new matching tenders are published.

Is this an official source?

No. RFP Cafe aggregates information published on the issuing bodies' own sites. Before bidding, verify every detail against the official notice, which we link from every tender page.
