Accessibility statement

The changes were checked against the Hebrew and English templates in light and dark mode: home, a tender page, government tenders, issuers, sources, sign-in, the procurement request form, and the site header.

The check covered code review, color contrast, and keyboard use. It was not a full page-by-page audit, and it was not reviewed by an accessibility specialist.

Pages set the document language and reading direction, including Hebrew right-to-left. A skip link targets the main content, and primary controls can be used from the keyboard with a visible focus indicator.

Text, buttons, and deadline colors were adjusted to at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio. The header stays visible while it contains keyboard focus, and it does not hide on scroll when reduced motion is requested.

Some tender documents come from external sites. We do not control the accessibility of those PDFs, scans, or source websites.

Issuer names and tender titles may remain in Hebrew on English pages. Not every mixed-language fragment is marked with its own language.

The cookie notice is an acknowledgment, not a consent choice. Google Analytics loads without a separate opt-in.
